Level 3 Wings provide a significant advantage in PvP, but are not easy to create.
In order to put on wings, you need to complete 3 profession.
Wings are created in several stages on Noria by Chaos Goblin(180x102).
Stage 1. Creating a Feather of Condor:
Feather of Condor requires the following ingredients:
Ancient Item +7 +Options (and up). Advice: use several Ancient items with a Life boost level of no higher than +16
Packaging Jewel of Soul x10
Level 2 Wings +9 +Options (and above). Tip: don't use Cape of Lord (gives less percentage than wings)
1 Jewel of Chaos
1 Jewel of Creation
Feather of Condor
Phase 2. Creation of wings:
To create the wings you will need Flame of Condor - you can get it from Kundun Box +5 and also:
Ignore opponents defensive power by 5%
(Your strike has a 5% chance to ignore
the opponent's defense and will damage him as if his defense is zero. When such damage is dealt, the color of the damage dealt
turquoise)
Enemy Attack power it returns with 5% probabilities (Reflects 5% of damage taken to the person who caused the damage)
With 5% probabilities life complete recovery (5% chance of full
restoration of life)
It rolls up with but 5% probabilities complete recovery (5% chance of full mana regeneration)
